Five Anuvratas
  1. Non-violence - Ahimsa

  2. Truthfulness - Satya

    Truth and seeking truth.

  3. Non-stealing - Achaurya or Asteya

    The rule to not steal.

  4. Chastity – Bramacharya

    Self-restrain on emotions.

  5. Non-possession - Aparigraha

    Don't accumulate if you do not need.
