Five Anuvratas

1. Non-violence - Ahimsa

   A life of nonviolence to all living things and a strict vegetarian diet.

2. Truthfulness - Satya

   Truth and seeking truth.

3. Non-stealing - Achaurya or Asteya

   The rule to not steal.

4. Chastity – Bramacharya

   Self-restrain on emotions.

5. Non-possession - Aparigraha

   Don't accumulate if you do not need.

Live and Let Live

Live simply so that others may simply live.

Faith and prayer both are invisible, but they make impossible things possible.

All souls are equal and alike and have the similar nature and qualities.

Non-violence is the greatest religion.
